Map Request Ticketing System
Microsoft Power Platform
Overview
Forms requests flow into SharePoint with per-province ticket numbers, auto-filed folders and acknowledgment emails. An 11-screen Power Apps workspace handles assignment, parcel entry, review and trends, with Teams adaptive-card notifications and per-province Power Query reports.
How it works
One intake flow fans out to the lists, notifications, workspace and reports.

Details
- Built a map request intake and tracking system: Microsoft Forms requests are written to SharePoint through Power Automate, numbered per province, filed into per-ticket folders and acknowledged by email.
- Built a Power Apps workspace (11 screens, including queue, assignment, parcel entry, review, research, dashboard and trends) for leads and junior specialists, with Teams adaptive-card notifications and daily digests that link back into the app.
- Built per-province Excel reports with Power Query (M), and kept the SharePoint list schema in one PowerShell source that provisions through PnP PowerShell or a one-time Power Automate flow.
- Built with: Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Power Query (M), PowerShell
